  • items are dispatched within 1-14 business days via Canada Post.
  • tracking and insurance coverage is included in all shipping rates.
  • we are not responsible for carrier or international customs delays.

 Returns & Exchanges

In the event a product is received faulty, Linen Ladder™ will replace the goods or extend store credit.

The following conditions apply for eligible returns/exchanges.

  • contact us within 3 business days to return/exchange item(s).
  • return(s) must be received in  original condition with packaging and tags.
  • shipping charges are non-refundable unless merchandise is received defective.

Sale Items:  Items purchased on sale are deemed a final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
